Returns & Exchange Policy
There will be no returns. All orders are final. The customer may exchange if there seems to be an issue with their order. At that point, the customer has 3 days, after receiving shipment to contact us by email- help@tenisharenae.com. Please note: Clothing must show absolutely NO SIGNS of being worn. If in the case, item/items being returned for an "exchange" are not available-- at that time, reimbursement will be offered "BUT" only in this case. If eligible for an exchange, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. Please provide tracking number via email. Thank you.
